WINEMAKING. Cultivated at the Cedar Lane Vineyard in Arroyo Seco, Monterey County. Thriving in well-drained soil, this Grenache reflects the unique terroir of its vineyard. Barrel-aged for 18-months in French oak, adding layers of complexity and a touch of oak-induced refinement to the final composition.
TASTING.
Aroma: A rich and opulent red, its nose reveals multi-faceted aromas of dried violets, black cherry, vanilla, lavender and a subtle hint of ginger.
Palate: Dark raspberry, seamlessly balanced tannins, and a finish that unfolds with long-lasting elegance.
