This very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a classic Bordeaux tannic structure combined with all of the characteristics associated with the Bellicitti Ranch in suburban Saratoga. It was aged for 22-months in French Oak (40% new barrels), which contributes to the subtle aromas of vanilla and dried spices. Notes of white pepper, shaved fennel and light cocoa accentuate the dark blueberry flavors of this luscious wine. Enjoy it with grilled vegetables, roast duckling, venison, lamb, Prime rib with au jus and even chocolate truffles. The balanced acidity and broad, textured tannis in this youthful wine will continue to integrate over the next 5-8 years, giving way to further sumptuousness.
