This rich Bordeaux style cuvée is comprised of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Merlot. The Cab Franc provides a delicate acidity along the edges of the tongue, which is balanced by the mid-palate weight of the Merlot. Brimming with vibrant flavors of cherry and plum, and fragrant highlights of pepper and tobacco, this robust wine will pair wonderfully with grilled vegetables and any red meat dish.
