About This Wine:
In our signature Tahoe bottle, this custom blend of 75% Chardonnay from the Truchard Vineyard in Carneros and 25% Viognier from the Jacobs Vineyard in Healdsburg will delight once again. It was fermented in stainless steel, and barrel-aged in neutral oak for 6-months, without malolactic fermentation. Powerful and floral on the nose, the aromas of acacia, orange blossom and apricots open to a palate of luscious stone fruit with tropical notes. This medium-bodied white wine is very versatile, and will pair beautifully with a wide variety of dishes, from your favorite savory appetizers to spicy Thai or Indian cuisine.
