About This Wine:
This bright, dry and crisp Rose is made up of 100% Merlot from the Bellicitti Vineyards in Saratoga, which were pressed whole cluster, fermented in stainless steel and barrel-aged in neutral oak for 6-months. The subtle floral textures of dried rose petals, and mouthwatering hints of strawberry, raspberry and fruity watermelon flavors make it a versatile companion to a myriad of dishes. An ideal accompaniment to charcuterie, melon and salty cheeses, it also pairs well with barbecued chicken,salmon or Tuscan picnic fare. It is ready for drinking now, and the moderate alcohol content and refreshing acidity make it the perfect wine for sipping on those warm Spring afternoons.
