280 Cases ProducedThis sophisticated unfiltered Chardonnay from our Estate vineyards on Montebello Road is a dense, hedonistic and lush wine. It was barrel-fermented and aged for 23-months in French Oak (40% new), sur lees, creating a bold and beautiful wine with balanced acidity and a prolonged finish. You will taste vanilla and baking spices from the new oak, along with hints of dried apricot as well as butterscotch from the secondary malolactic fermentation. Enjoy this wine with creamy seafood pasta, cracked crab or a soft cheese. Ooh la la!
