A classic Pinot Noir from the famous Truchard Vineyard in the Carneros region
of Napa Valley, this vintage was barrel-aged in French oak. The nose of
concentrated red fruit, raspberry, dried cherry, and cranberry opens up
beautifully to a silky and smooth mouth feel, with subtle tannins and a
very long finish. Classic pairings with a Pinot Noir are Boeuf
Bourgogne, gruyere, smoked duck and wild salmon. For a special treat,
try it with a Gorgonzola cheese. This is elegance in a glass!
