A rich cuvee containing over 30% of Cabernet Sauvignon from the famed vineyards on Montebello Road.  Predominantly a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, it also contains Cabernet Franc, Lagrein and Petit Verdot.  Deep rich flavors of blackberry and cherry, with hints of chocolate and a peppery spice give this wine a beautiful complexity.  Smooth, with a rich mouth feel, this vintage is ready for drinking now, although the balanced and structured tannins will make this a wine that will age for years.  In our signature Pavone bottle (Pavone translates to Peacock in Italian), it makes a beautiful gift.
