A rich cuvee of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this wine contains
30% of Cabernet Sauvignon from our Estate vineyards located above the clouds
on Montebello Road. Deep flavors of blackberry, cherry and peppery spices
give this classic Bordeaux blend a beautiful complexity. It has a luscious
mouth feel and elegant finish, with balanced tannins that will enable it
to age gracefully for the next 5 years. In our signature Pavone bottle (Pavone
translates from Italian to Peacock in English), it will pair wonderfully
