This is our new Signature Tahoe Bottle to celebrate the opening of our new
Tasting Room in South Lake Tahoe. The blend is the same rich cuvee
that is in our Red Pavone with over 30% Cabernet Sauvignon from our own
Montebello Road vineyards. Predominantly a Cabernet Sauvignon and
Merlot blend, it also contains Cabernet Franc, Lagrein and Petit Verdot. Deep
rich flavors of blackberry and cherry, with hints of chocolate and a peppery
spice give this wine a beautiful complexity. Smooth, with a rich mouth
feel this wine is ready for drinking now, although the balanced and structured
tannins will make this a wine that will age for years. Enjoy this
wine with all your hearty winter beef dishes or your favorite dark chocolate.
