Our newest release is a completely new blend of one of our best selling
wines. A rich cuvee that contains over 30% of Cabernet Sauvignon from the
famed Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards here on Montebello Road. Predominantly
a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, it also contains Cabernet Franc,
Lagrein and Petit Verdot. Deep rich flavors of blackberry and cherry, with
hints of chocolate and a peppery spice give this wine a beautiful complexity.
Smooth, with a rich mouth feel this wine is ready for drinking now, although
the balanced and structured tannins will make this a wine that will age
for years. In our signature bottle it makes a beautiful gift for the upcoming
Holiday Season! Pavone means peacock in Italian. Enjoy this wine with all
your rich and hearty winter beef dishes or your favorite dark chocolate.
