From a local vineyard in Santa Clara County, this is our first release of Syrah and it is a winner! Big and lush with a beautiful and intense color. Blueberry, bacon, and smoke give this wine a perfumey and savory taste. It has soft and silky tannins with a hint of white pepper. The beautiful fruit carries the wine to a smooth finish. Pull this wine out with almost anything on the BBQ, to Thai food, or what you might also pair with a Cabernet Sauvignon, just a bit lighter. Very limited.
